Default John Doe

Does anyone watch John Doe?

The more I watch the show the more I enjoy it. The writers of the show are making it so you have to keep watching it just to figure out his past.

Spoilers

Regarding the latest episode:

So far you can deduce now if that one guy did come from the same place as John, but they never showed a scare like Johns has on his body just that he recognized Johns scare and knew exactly where it was on John, that John is not an only person. Where ever he came from they are working on other people as well. So we can possibly see future episodes of people showing up.

Thought it does kind of suck that everytime he gets close to finding a clue that someone dies.

i love this show, i've watched it since the beginning, i like who the writters balance, the police/detectine part equally with all of the conspiracy/john doe's real identity part

i hope this show stays on for a long time

Friday is my "must see tv" time, with Firefly and, even moreso, with John Doe. I really like the approach they've taken to the show. Looks like they took a page out of Chris Carter's (X-Files) book. Should be an interesting build-up to find out more about the organization that's watching him, that killed the psychiatrist.
Plus, I like his character. Aside from the amnesia, who wouldn't want to know everything? Interesting character trait. That, and the color-blindness, with occasional bursts of color. Keeps you guessing. This is my favorite new show.

I agree I really like the show.

IMO John's scar/brand could have been either a mark of how far he got in the program. He could have been in the program longer than the other guy that htey found last week.

After watching yesterdays episode, you know it must be nice sometimes to know everything.

Think about it in that court case. To have the knowledge of every single court case in history in your mind. He could have probably got her off any number of technicalities.

Another thing too. Even though he know everything including probabilities it showed that even an 89% probablitiy that a certain card will show up is still an 11% probability that it won't.

The show's great, and it also reminds me of another great show, The Pretender.

OK we know know that John Doe, might be William Sullivan, and genious who participated in some sperm test.

But it looks like from the previews for next week that we are going to find out a lot more about John Doe and what happened to him.

This show is really good, i especially like how its turning towards a conspiracy type show (very x-filesish)

i just hope fox doesn't give up on it

what they have to do is cut the cord from firefly, that crapfest is pulling john doe down, the show needs a better lead in

I like Firefly, too. I just like John Doe better. They both need to find a bigger audience.

Default John Doe rocks !!!!!

This show is amazing... didn't miss one episode yet and don't plan on missing one !!!!! Its my favorite new show of the year.

My best parts are :

1 when he's at the library or someplace like that (in the pilot) and he answers every questions that he is ask in a fraction of a second until someone asks him when she's gonna die !!!!

2 When he's home and he watches Jeopardy (he answers all the questions correctly), he listens to a CD "name that music" (he gets all the right titles), he watches a cooking tape (does all the cooking exactly like on TV and at the same time) and he adds a couple of things like that until he freaks out and doen't know anything !!!!!!!

Can't wait to see who or what he is !!

Are their showing new ones yet ? I hadn't seen the repeats on fox. I watched two shows and missed both endings to them. Are they repeating them?

I don't know if any of you have caught all of this show's episodes. From the introduction of last night's season finale, it looks like I might have missed 1 or 2 episodes. I didn't know he was working with a NSA agaent, or that he had found out about the Phoenix group.
Still, I was pleased with the show's season finale, and its surprise storylines. Looks like our favorite amnesiac isn't just a super-genius, but a potential psychic powerhouse. And I like the character that J.K. Simmons plays, the ex-NSA agaent that could be John's guru/teacher to help him reveal his his true potential.
And the surprise at the end, when we saw who the leader of Phoenix actually is, that was something I never saw coming at all, even though he obviously was more than he appeared to be on the surface.
I like this show, and I hope it gets renewed for at least a 2nd year.

I just wonder what John's gonna do with his free time now. Unless he buys the bar, he won't be playing piano there anymore. Man, I was blown away by that last scene. That was one of the last people I would have suspected (though his past was always shady).
