I've done that before. I was waiting to fun into two street gangs and see if they would just break out into combat dancing.

I repeated that several times, and he only started to walk faster and faster towards his car. I shouted a few more times, but he just kinda jumped into his car and drove away. He made a U-turn and actually stopped on the other side of the road to check me out before driving off again. Sigh.

Last time I was in Queens was 1982 I was at my GF's in Richmond Hill the day the Marathon was running.
We also went to a Rangers game (she had season tickets) and then we went to the observation deck of the Empire State Building - her hair was flying straight up like the Bride of Frankenstein lol lots of wind up there.

The last time I was up there, my friend and I were wearing those neck warmers that can be pulled over our heads like a hoodie? They were those really tight fitting once, so only a small portion of our faces could be seen because it was so windy and cold. As we were walking around up there, a lot of people started staring at us as if we were terrorists. I could see it in their eyes, it was hilarious.

I wasn't sure if you wanted it but I will send it now.

I was out to lunch with my co-workers and was having a fun time then all of a sudden felt like I was going to pass out.

Might get to move back to Springfield soon. Me and my best friend Matt are really contemplating it. The place we are looking at moving to is full of hot single college chicks too. OOOH LA LA!!! The single life is getting interesting. Hated it before, but I am getting used to it and the games girls play. Got a few hotties that I have been talking to, locally and iz funnnnnnnn.

I banned the porn guy and his IP. Hopefully that's the last of him.

That'll teach him to share the wealth next time!

People standing in line for the midnight Avatar showing.

At least, that's what my friends are doing. I havn't gone to a midnight showing since... I can't remember exactly it's been so long. I think it was back for Episode III's release if I remember correctly.

I've been to one midnight showing and that was for LOTR: The Two Towers.
I still am not on the Avatar bandwagon. I'm also not sure about the whole 3-D thing. I've never seen anything in 3-D, but the whole concept of having to wear glasses for the entire viewing everytime isn't appealing.

I'm not on the Avatar bandwagon yet either. Worn 3-D glasses once to the Final Destination and disliked the experience. Mostly due to the pathetic movie not the glasses. Don't know how 3D is supposed to work in a movie really. You feel like the movie is coming out to meet you but based on all the other 2d movies it just cheapens things for me.

Well if we're going back to the LOTR era, I've been to midnight showings on all three films and the first two Spider-Man films, as well as Matrix Reloaded and all three SW Prequels. But since then I don't remember attending any other midnight showings. As for the whole 3-D thing, I havn't seen anything in the format yet and other than my reading glasses, I don't like wearing any kind of glasses that I don't need to wear. Especially in a theater. Maybe it's just me.

I've got a, shall we say, large nose, and those glasses do not work for me at all! lol

I have to wear my glasses every minute I'm awake (except for the shower ) cause I'm blind as a bat.

I have glasses, so wearing an additional pair of glasses is going to be awkward, I think?

Standing in line used to be such a cool experience, but now I like reserving seats to avoid any disappointment in walking into the theater and seeing barely any good seats.
