So Daniel Radcliffe's first post-HP movie is a ghost story, and it looks quite good with a very creepy atmosphere to it. I'm definitely interested in seeing this, and no, not just because Radcliffe is in it.
Trailer: VIDEO-CLick to Watch!:

It's safe to say this is the first 2012 movie I'm genuinely excited to see.

haha you are gonna get tricked. it is being released in the first 2 months of the year. no one should have faith in this.

No one should have faith in any movie released in the first six months of this year, lol.

This looks like it COULD be an exception to the January-February curse. It looks like it's gonna be a genuinely creepy horror film -- something we barely see these days.

if it was then why wouldn't they release it around the genuinely creepy month of october? could it be perhaps... they have no faith in it?

Or it could also be they want to give audiences a movie that's actually worth watching during the doldrums of late winter. Plus, this is a British-made movie, and since when did American studios think American audiences can really respect that style?

I know someone who saw a stage version in London, and they called it chilling and terrifying. But I am interested in the book as well.
