Man, I really wish Michael Fassbender was Bond right now. They're wasting a retro Bond film on Daniel Craig who is definitely not the right actor for this sort of movie. It's like when Roger Moore did For Your Eyes Only.

he is too good of an actor. leave 007 for the scrubs. stick to actually acting fassbender, you are much better for it. and i have always wondered this, but most of the people from the uk i have talked to about james bond say its a joke, such a caricature, they don't take them seriously and don't even hold them near as high up as american audiences do.

so hopefully he does not respect the 007 name/image (rightfully so) and will keep doing actual movies.

The Timothy Dalton films were serious and so are the Craig films, and most of the Connery films was good. Sean Connery was a good actor, so do not see why a guy like Fassenber cannot play Bond.

I never thought of Fassbender as James Bond. It's an excellent idea, I think he'd make a great 007. An outstanding one, even. Everything about him seems to fit the Bond archtype. I would really like to see him try out the role.
