So after my last viewing, I have more to add. I didn't pay attention to them in that aspect last time around, but after watching the two-part premiere (which is officially available on iTunes, FOR FREE), I'm guessing that the two brothers are going to end up being her sidekicks/partners on the show. And maybe one of them being a possible love interest? I'm guessing the fire bending one. Which is funny because together they make a perfect group, seeing as how the younger brother's an earth bender.

Yeah, the Firebender is pretty much another Zuko to me, really, without the desperate need to prove himself to an overlord father.

I saw a commercial for it today and, yeah, they dropped the "Last Airbender" from the title. I guess they realized how stupid it is.

I thought the title "Avatar" was the connecting factor anyway.

Or is Cameron still being a ***** and not letting them use it.

The title is simply, "The Legend of Korra." They are not using "Avatar" or "Last Airbender."

Avatar: The Last Airbender made sense. Because at the time, he was the last.

But so does Avatar: The Legend of Korra. They should've kept it that way.

The show premiered on Nick today. Anyone watch or rewatch it? Also, they aired the first two episodes. So, next week we'll FINALLY have a new one to watch.

I didn't re-watch it, but I definitely will be catching the new episode next week. So far so good, I suppose, and I am onboard. I think they've made a nice and smooth transition from the original series.

Yeah, I didn't watch it this weekend because A.) I had plans, and B.) I've already watched both episodes three times and have them downloaded on iTunes. :p

Episode 3 is fantastic!!!!! There was no reference to the previous show, so that means they're now giving the series breathing room to be its own thing. They gave the Republic a nice gritty look. The masked villain is finally front and center. And the revelation was, well, quite fascinating. So, watch the episode ASAP.

They do the fight scenes well. Guess I'm recording them now

Yep, episode 3 was awesome. It's very rare to see this gritty and dark side of the universe. When the masked dude talked about how his parents were killed by benders, I thought that Bolin was the masked dude. Crazy, but that was my first reaction for some reason. Can't wait for the next episode!

Well I guess we know now what the rest of the series is going to be like. The Main villain is front and center. I think it's early to have Korra go against this guy unless there thinking of finishing the 1st season with Korra defeating the Mask guy.
