Wtf are you even babbling about? That is incredibly stupid logic, to think just cuse of one bad casting decision, which was by a different director and whole new franchise entirely, doesn't have **** do do with the Marc Webb films. One actor can't ruin a character for life, not to mention i am pretty sure no one but internet geeks even remember Spider-man 3's Venom, he was on screen for all of 15 minutes.

That would be sweet. Foreman vs Kelso. I'd pay to see that.

The casting of Venom for Spidey 3 was only the first problem. I had no doubt long before it was even announced that Venom would be in the film that using the character would never satisfy anyone. Same with Carnage, only more so. It's not just about Sam Raimi. It's about the Hollywood machine. They have certain things they regularly do on any superhero film, and would specifically require of a Spider-Man movie. First and foremost is that it must be PG-13. This alone is enough to hamstring Venom, and outright neuter Carnage. Second would be that the actor cast in the part would have his own face visible more often than not. This means that we not only are guaranteed a Venom that's not as vicious as he ought to be, but most of the time he won't even feature the signature look that makes the character so great. As for Carnage, he's a bloodthirsty serial killer before he even gets the symbiote. After, he's a character that is incapable to sustaining a PG-13 rating as is. Does anyone want a vanilla Carnage? I suspect not.

For some reason with them using Oscorp i don't think we would see the Symbiote story line which Venom and Carnage hale from. I say the first 3 films if successful will deal with Villains not like that.
Now if they make 3 good films they could very well use the Symbiote stuff for a second trilogy.

Has anyone seen the latest TV ads? It looks like they made some post-production changes to the suit. The colors are brighter and texture is sleeker.

"Spider-Man" Reboot On Track For $125M?

http://www.darkhorizons.com/news/242...track-for-125m

Though it's arguably the least anticipated of the three big superhero films of this Summer, that doesn't mean "The Amazing Spider-Man" won't make a small fortune in its own right.

The Hollywood Reporter says that early tracking figures indicate the superhero reboot is tracking to earn $125 million in its first six days from Tuesday July 3rd through to Sunday July 8th. The figures would make it easily the best performing film of the Summer outside of "The Avengers", and are on par with that of the first "Iron Man" film.

never realised there were real life psychics working at the Hollywood Reporter

they're definitley in the wrong business

wonder if they can predict when my hemmorhoids will stop flaring up or if it's a waste of time and money to make a doctors appointment

maybe I should call them instead
