You've obviously never have done voice over work. And it's a slap in the face to Conroy to trivialize his work like that. He has been the voice of Batman for 2 decades now. Instantly recognizable and universally loved. So he doesn't physically put on a suit. All of those actors COMBINED cannot boast such a long tenure with this character.

Heath Ledger gave the better performance.
Jack Nicholson had the better writing.
Ceasar Romero is perfect as the "prankster version" of the character.
Mark Hamill had a great Joker voice.

Oldman is good as Gordon no question but i always thought Sam Neill would have made a great Jim Gordon. There is no question Oldmans face fits the mustach as good as anyone they could have gotten. Its just i can see Neill as a police Commissioner.
In the next Batman I hope they do the character of Harvey Bullet. The biggest Batman critic on the Police Squad.

Back To my Joker Question. I edited it to saying Favorite Joker instead of better.
I think Ledgers is great but there is just something magical about Jakes Joker. The fake Gun long gun that brings down the bat jet. Only that Joker could have pulled that off
