Can someone tell me why most people hate Prom Night? I really liked it, and it scared my friend and I really bad. Also, vote what you think of it!

Are you talking about the original or the crap remake? I assume the remake, which is your typical Hollywood 2000 era garbage horror movie.

this movie was terrible. Everyone was killed the same way and they barely even showed the action. it had no surprises, terrible music, and the female characters didn't even do anything hot. plus they had so many little things thrown in there that went unresolved and too many characters died. this movie had nothing going for it.

I just watched this last night, regrettably, and what you say is exactly right. Just a terrible movie.

I hate remake movie nowadays. I hate horror movies change to pg-13 instead rated r nowadays. Nowadays, they're treating "R" like "NC-17" nowadays. They don't care about the arts, now they're worring about the damn money.

Both were stupid rip-offs, but at least the original had some redeeming value. I can't remember what, but it was there, I'm almost sure of it. Almost. This remake was pure ****fest.
