These are the ones I can think of off hand, in no particular order (Though I feel I'm forgetting something big...)

U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701A - Star Trek I, II & III

Klingon Bird of Prey - Star Trek

Discovery One - 2001: A Space Odyssey

Serenity - Firefly

Millennium Falcon - Star Wars Episodes IV, V & VI

Ahhhh, how could I forget the Stargate: SG-1 ships? Some of the most creative ships ever.

Sorry, but I only found real crappy pictures.

^^USS Defiant has awesome weapons and the most agile flying. Not to mention the bouncing torpedoes

^^Soveriegn Class(Enterprise)has the most state of the art shielding and weapons.
