All right,how do you put videos and photos into the ipod?

once the ipod is hooked up correctly to the computer and your on itunes it should go automaticly. if not, just go under file to update ipod

Videos = Once they are in the right format right click the file and click "Open in Itunes" once they're open in there Simply drag and drop.
Photos= Drag and drop OR put all the photos you want into one folder. Go to Photo options and select that to be your photo folder and it should update your Ipod Automatically. |

Another thing,what is the difference between "One-Click Transcode" and "Transcode New Video" you told me about? Im having troubles with the videos part you mentioned above too.When i right click and go to "Open With",i clicked on iTunes and nothing happened.
