Default Actor & Directors who should work together again

What actor and director should work together again? The obvious choice would be Robert De Niro and Martin Scorsese. Can you believe that it has been 10 years since these two last collaborated? Please, don't count Shark Tale.

Another actor and director who should work together again is Michael Keaton and Tim Burton. I feel bad for Michael Keaton because the glory days of his career are long behind him. Teaming up with Burton should put his career back on top.

How about Steven Spielberg and Richard Dreyfuss? Spielberg always said that Dreyfuss was his brother from another mother. It hasn't appeared that way since Close Encounters! Although they did make that movie Always together.

Yeah, they've made good movies together. Especially Saving Private Ryan and The Terminal.

Quentin Tarantino and Samuel L. Jackson

Created two of my favorite films in Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown. A third would probably be good as well.

Can't have too many Burton/Depp team-ups.

Depp/Burton collaboration continues with Corpse Bride. And QT and Jackson already collaborated for a third time. It's called Kill Bill: Vol. 2, he was Rufus, the guy playing the piano at Uma's wedding.

Yes, I'm well aware of that. I just didn't say it because he didn't have much more of a role than a cameo in it.

Gotta Love Scorsese and De Niro

What about Peter Jackson and Kate Winslet I think she'd be great as the mother in the Lovely Bones

Speaking of Eastwood I think another collaboration with Eli Wallach would be nice. I think we all enjoyed Wallach's small role in Mystic River.

They did. Pacino starred in 'The Insider' which was directed by Mann. Great film, you'd probably like it.

I would have loved to have seen that, but it's too late now. Anyway, here is another collaboration I would like to see again:

Mel Brooks and Gene Wilder
