Default Which One Will Be Number One By Monday.

There are two higly profiled comedies coming out this weekend. It looks like from Hitch that the comedies of 2005 ar getting the money. Ofcourse it is real early into the season. So which comedy with be number one. The Pacifier with Vin Diesal or will it be John, Travolta, Uma and The Rock be the winner. There is always a problem with two highly profiled films. Of Course comedies are cheeper to make. The problem is cancelling ou the other film.
Then again both could be close and do well. My guess is one will get 30 million and the other 25 or 23 million. Which one i cannot say.
I am no box office expert. For i thought Cursed would have beat atleast The Diary of a mad black women. Constantine was a good movie but a non box office smash. So i will say around thirty mill is the most they should make and 20 is the least amount a these movies could get to be number one.

Be Cool

The Pacifer.

I Picked Be Cool for it has alot of interesting characters in it and some big actors. I like Vin Diesal but I think the Riddick bomb will still be with him for this movie. Then again i may be wrong for you can never tell when Disney has a sleeper hit. With Bringing Down the House. Cheaper By The Dozen and Pirates Of The Caribbean. I stand by my vote but still Vin could surprise us yet.

Dosn't matter how good the movie is, it will still make money, bcause it's a kids movie.

Hmm... this is tough. I think some people may look at Be Cool and decide it looks too much like Pulp Fiction. But, then again, as soon as I saw Vin Diesel in the trailer for the Pacifier, I knew that would suck.

I think it'll be a draw. They'll both lose money.

Be Cool obviously will be the higher grosser, but for the weekend itself I still think The Jacket has a chance.

Not one of those two will be number one. Be Cool will probably be number two but I'm predicting Diary Of A Mad Black Woman will be number one again for at least this one last weekend before dropping too at least the two or three spot next weekend. But if by chance its not number one come Monday between those two I say Be Cool.

Yeah, people are insane. I can't believe Pacifier took number 1. Screw stupid family comedies.

Then again I've heard Be Cool hasn't been very good either. This weekend was just a crapfest for movies I guess.

Amen to that. I had more fun sitting at home watching reruns of the Dukes of Hazard.

As I said before 'dont underestimate the stupidity of movie-goers'

Yeah, a crapfest movie weekend for sure

Couldn't have been that lame since so many people saw it. I wonder what kind of legs it will have at the box office with Robots coming out next weekend.

Its interesting though that it has almost made back its budget - which I am sure by times end it will. so in that aspect its a sucess
