Title: Meet the Fockers Starring: Ben Stiller Released: 19th April 2005 SRP: $29.98 Further Details Universal Home Video has officially announced Meet the Fockers which stars Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand. The film will be available to own in seperate widescreen and full screen editions from the 19th April this year. Both should set you back around $29.98 a pop. As well as an extended version of the film, each set will include a commentary with director Jay Roach and Editor Jon Poll, an Inside the Litter Box: Behind-the-Scenes with Jinx the Cat featurette, a feature entitled The Manary Gland, deleted scenes, outtakes and a Fockers' Family Portrait. Completing the package will be featurettes entitled The Adventures of a Baby Wrangler and Matt Lauer Meets the Fockers, NBC's Hit Comedy Scrubs "Training Day" and cast and crew bios. No, they just don't allow direct linking, they never have and they never will. If you want to show screenshots from DVDanswers you have to download them and host them yourself on Photobucket or something.
This movie was terrible, and this DVD looks to be the standard Universal crap they throw on every disc which is just annoying rather than interesting or informative. Jinx the Cat? Adventures of a Baby Wrangler? The Manary Gland? Sounds like a pretty awful DVD, especially considering that Universal used to do great Collector's Editions, and at least the original Parents DVD had a commentary by Roach, De Niro and Stiller. At least this will look great along side the recent and equally bad Parents reissue featuring "35 New Outtakes!"

I'll be getting it when it comes to DVD. Dustin Hoffman and Streisand were particularly funny.
