Battle of the Box Office Predictions

I am going to put my predictions for the month of Jan. Feel welcome to put your predictions, the people who are in the right million for first weekend, like... if you guess (12.6) and it actually makes 12.1, you get a point, if you get it exactly you get three. Each competition will end with the month. Guessing the total gross is just for fun

This is how it works the first weekend goes inside the ( ), the final gross is placed next to it, for example... (9.8) 27, if a movie comes out on a wed., which one does, it goes (first weekend(total by sun)final gross, for example (7.6(9.9) 17. In this case you get a point for each guess in the right million, and three points if both are exactly right! Thanks

I just wanted to let everyone know that tommorow (Friday) is the last day you can post predictions for White Noise, and the less predictions you are able to make, the less points you will probably get, meaning it slowly becomes less likely you will win this monthly competition. I dont know why no ones predicting, honestly i think this could be really fun! And thanks Glordreen, you might want to try to post your predictions tommorow before i cancel predictions for White Noise though

Oh, and by the way, when you guys predict, its required you predict for the entire month, not just the movie coming out the next day or something. Even if you start late by a couple weeks , just write predictions on all of the remaining weeks in the month, unless theres only one week left, in which you would only need to predict for one week, and you would probably not win.

Just a reminder...today is the last day to post predictions for White Noise. At midnight tonight, you officially can not predict for that movie. Also, i just wanted to say that in the case that noboby gets the predictions right, even in the right millions, the person closest to the right amount gets the point.

boy, were we all off for White Noise! First day made 8.6, bringing an estimated 22-24 million first weekend, so under normal circumstances, it looks like jethrow14 may be getting this point for being the closest.

Damn is it me or is this Month hard to predict. I mean the first week White Noise surprised us all by getting over 20 million. Then Coach Carter surprised and got #1. And Now are we there yet is #1 right now.
