Thumbs up One of the most Underrated ACTION movie ever, TRUE LIES

What a film, this came out in 94 in a year filled with all time great films. This is NOT one of the best films ever, but it is truly a great terrorism action Fun silly film. Some scenes you cant forget, and the Lines Arnold says IT OWNS. Not to mention Eliza Duskhu on top of the crane with the terrorist going " Gimme the key Child...GIMME THE KEY CHILD".

Remember Jamie Lee doing the pole dance while arnold is doing the voice of some dude in a tape. What about when the guy pisses in his pants. This film is great, i have to go get this. I remember watching that UNBELIEVABLE scene when Arny is holding Jamie Lee Curtis by one hand after the bridge is broken, and Arnold is in the Helicopter going. " HOLD MY HAND" Awesome

WHy is this film one of those films not mentioned in a category of GREAT ACTION films????

This movie is not underrated.
It got high critical reviews , high box office and tons of fans.

And the guy who pisses his pants is Bill Paxton , please give credit , he was hilarious in this movie as was Tom Arnold

I agree wholeheartedly. Definitely one of the best action movies ever made. That whole sequence with the Harriers is action cinema at its bloody finest . Funny as hell too. I still remember Bill Paxton's line when talking to Arnie about Jamie Lee's character "ass like a ten year old boy...she could suck-start a leafblower" or something like that .

you remember the beginning. It was a nice way to start off. and then in the end again. hehe

I think it had memorable scenes, and SNIK the reason im saying its underrated is because its not being mentioned anymore. to be higly rated it needs to still be rated as one of the best at its genres ever

One of Arnies best, but then again most of them are the best action movies. I love it and wouldn't mind getting it on DVD sometime.

Tom Arnold as Gib took over that movie.

His reaction was priceless when it was revealed he ruined a big operation because he was being intimate with someone.

He had so many freaking funny quotes.

"What kind of a sick b**** takes the ice cube trays out of the freezer?"

I will always remember that scene. When I first saw it I was like, wholly crap how ridiculous yet how damn cool!! Not many movies can say they've got a horse vs. motorcyle chase on the streets and through a skyscraper .

Definitely not underrated. Definitely good.

Awaiting the SE DVD that's been on the charts at Fox for lord knows how long, but I assume Cameron will record a track sooner or later and it will be out.

What's crazy though, is Harry (Arnold) was actually going to jump it with a horse. Crazy guy, crazy guy.

dont let tom arnold scare u away. this is his best performance becuz its his only good one. same with arnie. the acting in this movie was outstanding.

The coolest thing about the movie was that florida allowed them to blow up the old florida keys bridge. if u look closely they had made a new one and florida was going to demolish the old one. so they allowed cameron to blow up the parts they needed for that scene. Thats so cool!!!!!!

Tom Arnold is one of the main reasons to see this movie.

5/10 if I had to rate it.
