Skimming Past Memories

I just saw it. (Bootleg) and i was wondering one thing. Freddy comes out of the dream world when Lori comes out. How is this possible. I thought that only once he came out (in NOES 2) and it sucked. Was it just for the story or does it happen again earlier in the series.
Great Movie BTW!

You must remember, Nancy brought him out of her dream in Nightmare 1.
It's got something to do with having a hold of something in the dream then waking up and you'll have it in your hands. Either this only works with Freddy himself or maybe just in his nightmares, since they don't exactly follow the rules of a normal nightmare.

They drag him out in Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare as well.
