The Dukes Of Hazard: Motion Picture

Okay, now I'm one of the greatest fans of this show! I don't want to see it come out like The Brady movies, or even Adam's Family movies! One thing I do hope they do though, is have the Dodge Charger look like the old, not some suped of 2000's version. The guy from Fast and Furiouse 1 and 2 might make a great Bo, but I've said to my wife myself before the whole talk of this movie, that the host of American Idle 1, 2, and now JR's kinda looks and seems to have the same type of attitudde as Snyder. Thumbs down on Austin Crosher, what ever his name is, he would really bring a dumb lost look to Luke, but it looks like we don't have much of a say in it. Boss Hogg won't be too hard to replace (miss that guy) but Rosco will be the hardest. Ya'll do this movie right, and get them origanal good ole' boy's on the set to give the new guys a few pointers. If their going to do this, all I got to say is, THEY BETTER DO IT RIGHT!!! AND THEY BETTER NOT MAKE A JOKE OUT OF IT!!! Who ever gets Rosco's role, better be able to do goo-goo-goo-goo-goo right, not to mention the rest of the nine yards... I don't think there are too many actors out there who can pull his part off, Carrey would be nice, I trust him, just not sure he would trust the $$$ too well. And how about Daisey as Spears? Not sure about that one. She has spunk, and maybe the right kinda' spunk to pull it off, at least I hope! I always thought that Katie Holmes would make the part pretty good though.
You know what it means though!!! Count on them boy's hitting the tube again, where ya' TNN, ya' got your ears on??? I've been waiting for them to bring out a new show, maybe the Dukes of Hazard II. Same actors, just older. Bo & Luke both married with kids of their own. They still have the General, and the kids have the the Commander: 02 (2003 modle Charger). Bo and Luke taking on the role of Jessie, while Boss Rosco filling some very big shoes, and we can't leave out Sheriff Enis... Can't forget Daisey either. WB is pretty big now, they could put it right in there next to Smallville. Here's a good match, James Vanderbee and Jashua Jackson as their kids, they already have a great connection.

Just a few thoughts...
