I think This Lord Of Light isn't a God but a being like a Walker using her to get rid of people that can stand in the walkers way. She just believes fully in this God and really she is going against her beliefs she just doesn't know it or won't know it.

Well, who knows at this point. So far, the Lord of Light is the only one that has shown real magic.

Well I think The Faceless Men showed real magic too so likely there God has power too. However immortal beings may seem like Gods when really they are just elder Westeros beings. I am sure the White Walker were worshiped as a god to early men for a time.

When Jon and Sam were taking their vows in front of the tree in Season 1, who's bleeding face was etched into the tree?

It is not a face that belongs to anybody. Before anybody was a ruler in Westeros, the land was occupied by the Children of the Forest. One of the things that they'd do is to find a weirwood tree, then carve a face into them. These trees are everywhere in Westeros, although many of them were chopped down over the years as the Children of the Forest faded into a legend. They are just faces.
