Gangster Squad has all the ingredients to be a good movie. I don't think they are doing reshoots, I think the studios wants to maximize it's opening week so they are checking the competition.

Movie is pretty good, just could of been better. It could of been just as good as Heat if not better had it been done better. The boring characters outside of Dillinger and his girlfriend was what hurt the film.
