Our light boxes. Right now, we have Superman Returns still and I bought The Dark Knight Rises one with Batman overlooking the burned down Gotham. I need to take a picture of that.

That game is tough.

Also, on the second shelf only the dvds after band of brothers are mine.

They remade it. I thought the original was really clever for the time. I've wanted to play the remake but I never bought a Wii (and likely never will).

Yeah, no ****. I could never decide on whether I wanted to not get far on the Earth portion or not get far on the alien planet.

Yeah, I'm one of those guys who only has about 130 or so, but I think the difference between me and a guy who has 1500 is that I don't like to buy dumb movies just for the sake of buying them, and I rarely do blind buys, fortunately the few I've done have worked out. But anyways, of the few I own, most are pretty damn good movies with the others being above average films, I've seen almost all of them mulitple times, and I'm not gonna go pick up Just My Luck or 2 Fast 2 Furious just because it's on sale. Sorry, call me an elitist, but being a film fan doesn't mean I have to collect everything in sight. I save the questionable ones for renting.

Thank you kind sir.

Best Buy is having another of their DVD buyback programs. Bring in any of your dvds and you get a $5 off coupon for any blu-ray $9.99 and up. After trading in 3 of mine and combining it with a coupon I received when I bought a tv there, I got the following for $23.

300
Kill Bill Vol. 1
Kill Bill Vol. 2
Taken - Unrated
Inglourious Basterds
Watchmen: Director's Cut

None are on my favorite of all time list but they're damn fun movies with good rewatch value. And Watchmen looks awesome.

I'm thinking of taking advantage of this sometime this week. Especially if I come across Magnolia on Blu Ray.

Starwars411, you own an insane amount of DVDs. How do you find the time to watch all of them?

Nice purchases. I've been wanting to buy The Ultimate Cut of Watchmen for some time now, since it also includes The Black Freighter.

Traded in 2 DVDs today at Best Buy, and while I didn't find anything $9.99 or up that I wanted that badly, I still found The Bridge on the River Kwai on Blu Ray, which I used a $5 coupon for so that it only ended up costing me $3.

I still have the Blu Ray credit for those traded-in DVDs to use, though.

Just whenever I get the time, it's tough.

I finally got a new shelf for my collection. Also added all my box sets with my regular DVDs and Blu-Rays. Did that because I have all the big limited edition boxes and needed room for them.

I gotta ask. Have you ever been making out with some girl on your couch, but they get so creeped out by it they just get up and leave?
