I bet you weren't looking for a serious answer about that in quite that direction, were you?

EDIT - I could not find the episode in question to really verify I am thinking about the same case, but the details sound very familiar when recalling the show I watched.

The woman in the program I watched had had a troubled life, and was highly addicted to drugs and went back to the porn industry time and time again to support herself and her habit. Finally She got the rehabilitation she desperately needed, got off drugs and got a teaching degree - taught at the school with no incidents on her part - but some of the boys found her old movies and started passing them around - other than those who teased and laughed at her, she was well liked by the majority of the students and did a good job at teaching by all accounts - but as some of the parents got wind of her past she was suspended and then fired. Quite a few students and some of the parents even do want her back.
I think it is highly commendable that someone with such a troubled background rose above the situation and got their life back in order - and that's why she should be allowed to grow beyond her past mistakes.
By the way, on the program she had no appearance of ever being someone who had been in porn in any way - she was dressed rather conservatively and had a very tame teacher's type of short curly hairdo, and looked neat and professional.
That's the person who should have a second chance

I remember this story, I was working in Oxnard when it first broke. It irritated me that no one actually questioned the parents of why their children had access to hardcore porn in the first place (as well as why they weren't held accountable for passing it around and showing it to other students). It seems to me that she was probably the least likely threat to exposing the students to anything porn related.

I don't think much of anything - I believe discipline was left up to the parents, as anyone can find that kind of stuff freely on the internet when the parents aren't watching - other than that I don't think they broke any actual laws, and I'm not sure that they were even handed any suspensions from school. Half the parents were more outraged at the school board and the teacher

Heh, there's almost nothing that isn't public access in that case anymore - and you certainly wouldn't need to Go to TOR to find anything
