Chelsea...
Lost the Community Shield. Lost the Super Cup. Out of the Champion's League at the group stage. Lost the Club World Cup. Worst European champions ever. |

I hated the suit ha ha.
Special, special player though. Did any see the Puskas winner? Great goal like but for me Zlatan/Crouch/Mexes are better |

It's a little weird that he first expressed his interest in coaching in England, then decides to sign with Bayern. Either way, they're lucky to have him. |

I think he'd like the Man United job but Fergie is showing no sign of retiring so he took the next best thing in terms of tradition and history. And Bayern are eager to reclaim that top spot from Dortmund.
Chelsea is never going to be an option for any of the true A-grade coaches due to Roman's ridiculous impatience. Who else could he have gone to, Man City perhaps? They seem to be trying to curb their spending at the moment though so they'll probably stick with Mancini to see if he can bring them back-to-back Premier League titles. |

ESPN is speculating that Mourinho might replace Mancini at Man City.

One of my Chelsea-supporting friends thinks Mou will still go back to them... I really cannot see that happening. Would hate to see him at City.

I know United/Tottenham isn't a huge rivalry in England, but damn if it's not one here because of the Tottenham support here in L.A.. What a rush yesterday was.

They have a lot of supporters here (I like to think it's because their ownership also owns the L.A. Galaxy.) They're genuinely a fun bunch, but they take over pubs here and outchant, outnumber, and make opposing fans cry.
That's why it was so fun to have our supporters come out and do the same to them. |

They must've got the last laugh though with that late equaliser... Gut wrenching.

Sources say that Reina is interested in going to Barcelona.

He's been really poor the last few seasons. Never thought I'd say it but I wouldn't be too gutted if he went. As long as we brought someone else in to replace and not use Brad Jones.

Delighted to see Swansea join Bradford in the League Cup final.
Doubt I'll end up watching it though, haha. |

I don't think Reina would be too great of a choice, to be honest. Our defense has been woefully inconsistent. We need a solid goalkeeper who can compensate for the pitiful showing we displayed against Chelsea. Nothing as changed since then, unfortunately.

Edit: Apparently Hazard kicked the ball, so it looks like the ball boy really put on some theatrics.

I watched the game last night and the lad really did play on it. I would of done the exact same thing as Hazard did tbf even though it was pretty dumb. The ball boy even tweeted before the game that he was going to time waste if he got the ball so really he deserve what he got. Glad Swansea are through though but I'm gutted Villa went out to Bradford we really are **** at the moment!!
