Well the great hay day is what is missed. Tournaments were events when i first came here and movies had more then 18 reviews total. We have plenty of people signed up on here they just don't post anymore. If some of the once and a while became regulars again it be a boom town.

I will say this SHH may have lots of posts but we do have a bit of quality like Drac said. It just be nice to have some of the older days buisness

Quite frankly, I'm with Dracula on this one. One of the reasons why I don't post on some other site is because of the atmosphere here--it's calmer. I used to post on MovieForums, but I've since quit due to the sheer amount of needless threads started day in and day out. Too many damn people.

I'm all for a relaxed atmosphere (who isn't) but I love reading peoples thoughts and opinions on things, but here it takes forever to get a response in certain threads, hell, The Walking Dead and Arrow threads haven't been posted in since they went on hiatus (whereas at SHH those particular sections/threads are still constantly active) for one.

I'm not saying there should be an overload of people (like the hype) but I just wish there was a handfull more to keep things interesting and fresh around here.

board could definitley benefit from a little increase in member quanity

I liked how most of the tournaments never progressed past the first round, (and never showed a bracket or anything), just giving us endless first round matchups while never progressing.

Believe it or not, I actually miss StevefromIndy. He was actually pretty cool. So was Necross.

It's sad knowing that they actually left for reasons that seem stupid today. Steve left because he was always been attacked for expressing his anti-religious views, which is something I would totally welcome today, and Necross left because he didn't like the state of the forums and how he was being ragged on for being gay. I actually kept in touch with Necross on MySpace before I stopped going there.

I'm pretty much technologically inadvanced (if that makes any sense) meaning my personal electronics are all out of date, and I don't currently own a Tivo or DVR, so if I want to catch my favorite shows (and yes, Big Bang Theory is one of them) I actually have to go oldschool and make sure I'm home to watch them otherwise I have to wait for the DVD.

and as a musician it's rough enough making sure I'm home every week for Arrow and Walking Dead, adding Big Bang Theory to the list is just not an option, so any viewing of that show I get are reruns on TBS when I can and good ol' TBS has yet to purchase (however that works) any season of the show beyond season 3

so . . . I really can't add anything to a Big Bang Theory discussion beyond season 3 nor do I want to be spoiled on what's taken place on season 4 and up until I can see it for myself (i.e. TBS or DVD)

I miss Handsome Rob, Alien, SnowboarderZero, Matrix and a few of the guys that use to post allot more. I miss there movie debating allot. Tornado I even miss.

I remember Steve getting into it with people all the time, but I really don't remember anything about Necross being gay, let alone people ragging on him for it. (Also, I feel like we wouldn't do that? I mean, people on here are definitely willing to argue but I don't remember anyone's sexuality being brought into it.)

Not that I'm around terribly often, but I really do still like the message board format. I'm not into holding conversations on Twitter or Tumblr (which doesn't even let you comment. You have to direct message an individual.).
