I've hardly heard of any of those. Except Moonrise Kingdom.

First post from my new laptop. I went on a shopping spree. I got yellow diamonds (finally! YAY!) and an Acer Aspire V5. I'm having fun with the touch screen. Squee, y'all!

I just deleted my blog. I haven't written anything in it for months and almost every post I did write I hated by the end.

Going from a 23 inch TV to a 46 inch led flat screen is like going from a shack to Buckingham Palace. 0_0

I was thinking about doing the same with my blog too, but I've owned four different domains for Keyboard Junkie for the last seven years that I feel I might neglect to pay for if I have no blog for them anymore. I like them and the upkeep is cheap too.

On a personal note; This morning was an outright WAR ZONE at my parents. Long story short; I'm moving back to my "real" home in Seattle come early March. January and February will be spent looking for a job. I want out of the mortgage business, but I want to stick to processing since it's what I know. At least, until I can get on my feet better and work on finding an actual career field that I "want" to work in. As for living situations, I already have a friend helping me out in that department so it shouldn't be too hard.

That list makes no sense. Moonrise Kingdom? Really? I also don't understand how Tim & Eric's Billion Dollar Movie can even be mentioned. It's not at all serious...unless he's one of those who takes the show seriously, too.

Bull**** list.

New Years Eve featured the return of Nippy.

Good Afternoon & Happy New Year 2013, Internet ****ers! After such a crappy night, I actually feel quite good today.

EDIT: So how'd everyone spend their New Years Eve?

For me; Blew off a family dinner, hung out with some friends, left before midnight, went to church, then home, then showered, then watched the fireworks on TV...

Are all the birthdays today from spammers?

January 1st is the most common "birth date" selected when people don't care what they put it when filling out a profile. So... yeah, probably mostly spammers.

We actually chose the movies blind. He read us super short descriptions of every movie and the lead 2 actors and that was all we had to pick from. We could either see that or Killing Them Softly. He was trying to give us the realest experience with reviewing movies. He didn't tell us until the day we were going to see it which movie won our vote. He said that was usually his experience in reviewing movies (he did it professionally for quite some time). He didn't get to know anything until they handed him his press packet. I mean, his day was also before the internet, but I prefer it this way. Nothing influences your review. Most professional reviewers get sent to crap movies (probably more often than not).
