I doubt anyone here has seen Skins except for Deexan and Alien. And, myself, of course.

I'm excited for this. I really enjoy The Hurt Locker.

The Hurt Locker was pretty good, even with the secondary character's horrible acting.
I just don't like how she's now profiting off of this story. |

Chris Nolan stole it for TDKR.
I liked it aside from the sub plot of Renner escaping the camp investigating the kids murder.

The biggest joke with this film is the fact that now days even the biggest top secret mission can become a wide release movie in only a couple of years. Screw logic, screw facts, lets just make a movie based off what half-assed story the Government gave us and we'll win oscars and make millions! Forget that, I'm skipping this one.

You know I'm talking about the Operation itself, not the hunt for Bin Laden.

but the movie was being made before they even killed him... your indignation is misplaced.

The overall "search" aspect of the film was being made before they killed him, not the mission itself in which they "kill him"... so your reply makes no sense because they weren't making a movie about Bin Laden's death before he died.

This just gave them a different ending, the whole 'operation' was still gonna be a part of the film regardless, I thought it was the operation you were hating.

...which is why I can't support the film now. Because regardless of how the film turns out, it will only be regarded by the stupid operation and it's entire box-office will be based off that aspect and that aspect alone. Ask someone outside of the interweb circle and they'll think 99% of the time that this film was only made because of the mission that took place in which our SEALS killed Bin Laden. It's a huge throw-off.

Well I guess that is true. Still looks pretty cool to me though, and reviews are outstanding, and Bert macklin kills bin laden... hard to pass up.
