Fantastic Four (Reboot) - March 2015

Twentieth Century Fox Film has set a March 6, 2015 release for Chronicle director Josh Trank's Fantastic Four reboot. No other films are scheduled for that date yet.

Michael Green and Jeremy Slater wrote the script for the new film.

The 2005 Fantastic Four and 2007 sequel Rise of the Silver Surfer were directed by Tim Story and starred Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, Chris Evans and Michael Chiklis.

Alba and the cast was not the problem really. It was direction and story.

And who ever said it was the plot and story/directing, yeah that did indeed suck, but Jessica Alba as Sue Storm was an obvious attempt to try and make Fantastic Four sexy and broaden there audience, and it showed, because she has never been a good actress .

The dude playing Reed Richards i thought was mis cast as well, wasn't feeling him. and hey totally ruined Dr.Doom, in terms of casting and characterization

only good thing was Chris Evans Human Torch

I was gonna go with Perlman for he is the ideal Ben Grimm really. But Austin could pass as a Soldier friend of Reed. People forget Ben Grimm is the most different of the 4.

"as good as the original"? If the reboot is going to be considered a success, it's going to have to be a great deal better than the original. That's why they're doing a reboot instead of a third movie.
