Tonight's live show was a murfurking triumph. It may have been slightly less ambitious than the previous episode in terms of story and spacial arrangements of sets/actors, but it was funnier and it made me wish SNL could live up to such heights.

I think Mad Men is the only serious thing he does. Everything else has been 30 Rock, SNL, Funny or Die, Bridesmaids, and his wife's Indie Comedies.

got that right, it's an excellent accomplishment, I'm not surprised it last this long though, the cast is tremendous (and that's the only way to keep me as a viewer, everyone needs to bring their A game and be interesting to watch).
