That's so weird, because I'm pretty sure most of his own fan base said the same thing about Dan Snyder at many points throughout the last several years.

What a difference a competent head coach and GM make.

So got the Ravens coming into town this week. Not sure what I think about this game yet. I believe Skins can pull it out but we'll see.

Also it looks like that FAIL MARY Seattle/Packers game is going to come down in play if Seattle and Washington both win out. Right now the Skins should be the 6th seed. Thanks a lot replacement refs.

Shanny finally has his QB of the future, which he can build around. If he'd ever put together a complete team (in other words - get a real defense in place), the Skins would be scary good. RGIII is only getting started. Next year should be even better.

Yeah it's crazy. Even though the defense has been playing better since the bye week. I still think they need a better mind than Haslett back there. Not to mention talent.

Be nice for the Bengals if the Ravens tanked it. I'm not sure if they will. Truly one of the most inconsistent teams in the NFL, despite their record. The upcoming weeks are going to be really interesting to see, because it's one of the few times the Bengals are actually in talks for a playoff spot. Yay!

Cowboys death, arrest serve as another sad reminder that DUIs are a major problem for NFL

On Saturday, Dallas Cowboys nose tackle Josh Brent was charged with intoxication manslaughter after what Irving, Texas, police described as a high-speed early morning crash on State Highway 114 that caused his car to flip at least once before winding up on a service road.

His victim was teammate Jerry Brown, a 25-year-old linebacker from St. Louis. Brown, a passenger at the time of the crash, was a teammate of Brent's at the University of Illinois.

Bengals lost in a game that was all but in the bag. The offense got stale. Eh. Incredibly frustrating. Four dropped first down passes. Three dropped interception. Three missed sacks. Called back Touchdown. Killer. Absolutely killer.
