I don't know if anyone posted this or not, or maybe everyone already knows, but there are a few new titles that have been announced:

The Ballad of Narayama
The Kid with a Bike
On the Waterfront
Chronicle of a Summer
Sansho the Bailiff (reissue)

There are a few I'm really excited about. I'll be waiting awhile though, assuming the sale goes on for a few more days.

I've picked up more Blu-ray Criterions in the past month than I have since purchasing a Blu-ray player. Thanks Amazon for taking all of my money.

In the past month or so I've purchased... Seven Samurai, Rosemary's Baby, The Game, Brazil, Being John Malkovich (which I hadn't seen in years, I'd forgotten how great that film is), The Royal Tenenbaums, Rushmore, The Darjeeling Limited, and Bottle Rocket.

Yeah.

Seriously, this is one of the best monthly lineups I can remember.

I'll definitely be picking up Badlands and The Life and Death of Cornell Blimp and I'm strongly considering picking up A Man Escaped. I'm also excited to see that Ministry of Fear movie.

Meh. That's a fun movie, but I don't necessarily need to own it.
