Is it really premiering tonight? I got two episodes of Grimm showing up on my on-screen guide. What gives?

Best case scenario: It'll premiere in November.
Worst case scenario: It'll premiere in mid-season.

My guess is mid-season. 30 Rock will be over by then. So, they'll need a show to take over that timeslot.

Chevy Chase walked-off the set on Friday. He's complaining that Pierce is becoming too racist. He later returned and apologized for causing production delays.

Yeah, this is one instance where I'm on Chevy's side. Pierce AND Chang as well, have become way too ridiculous and over-the-top. I rather they go back to the way they were in season one.

I'm gonna be the lone wolf out on the ledge here and say this show has not enraptured me much since season 1, and I don't really care if it comes back or not. I watch it just because I am invested at this point, but, I really don't care because they are driving the characters into the ground. Hang and Pierce aren't the only two I find over the top and ridiculous, I feel the same about Troy and Abed. Their weirdness is a "thing" now. It's tiresome.

Community returns in February. It will air on Thursdays at 8pm. It replaces the departing 30 Rock.

I don't get all the articles poping up saying that Chevy is leaving Community... aren't they all leaving Community at this time and point? Didn't they already film the final episodes? Doesn't make sense to me... Why not just stick with it for the final episodes?

The show isn't ending because it hasn't been canceled. They're going to film the final episode of next season and that will be the last time Chase appears on the show.

NBC hasn't cancelled the show because they need it to fill the timeslots of shows that did get cancelled, like you know, ANIMAL PRACTICE or the departing 30 Rock. As for Chevy Chase.......... the show hasn't finished filming yet. They still have like two or three episodes left. So I'm guessing that Pierce will get some sort of a exit from the series. Although I have read reports that they already shot the season finale. So, maybe he won't have an exit per-say and he'll just randomly be missing from a couple of episodes.

Christmas Vacation was the last successful movie Chase was in as the star. He'll take any public exposure focusing on him he can get.

It has just been leaked that season 4 will end with a cliffhanger. If this does turn out to be the final season then that will be a very fascinating way to go out.

It seems like the season will end with them graduating. Which is something we all discussed last year. This is a community college. They've been there longer than they should be. So the "cliffhanger" is the fate of the group. This is why Pierce isn't getting an exit per say. And also why they shot the finale before Chevy Chase left. They're saying that in case of a 5th season, Pierce's disappearance will be self-explanatory.

Well, Pierce has already been attending Greendale for more than a decade. He attends purely for something to keep himself occupied, and has no interest in graduating. I suppose he might decide to graduate, and use Shirley's Sandwiches as his new way to keep himself busy, but that will still keep him on campus. The shop will of also maintain Shirley's presence at Greendale.
