Cast Heir to the Empire

Ok so theoretical scenario:

Disney decides to try and do a reboot/sequel all at once and gets the rights to make Heir to the Empire by Timothy Zahn into it's new movies. None of the original actors are being used (as they are too old and flabby) and we need to cast from scratch.
