qos ruined the good will casino royale built.
movie sucked. the writing is atrocious, because they take themselves so seriously. i mean die another day has terrible writing thanks to the overkill of puns in their regular conversations, qos took itself so seriously with such a terrible script. writers strike ruined that movie. qos is garbage.

The sequel took everything that worked in the first and drove it into the ground. After that one, I think people had enough National Treasure, hence why the planned 3rd installment was seemingly cancelled.

I admit, I like the sequel as well BECAUSE it's so way over-the-top, but I can acknowledge how utterly ridiculous it all is. I had the same reaction to the President's kidnapping when I saw the movie opening night. I might've even laughed at how easy it was for them to pull off.
