Resident Evil 6. It got bad reviews, but, I really like it. I started on Chris' campaign and am kind of thrilled I have two more to go. I feel like the game has lasted a long time and I think it improves over the 5th installment (the only other RE game I have played).
Good over-the-shoulder shooter action, cool weapons, a much better inventory system, and the same zombie/monster mayhem. I'm not sure what's not to like that is pissing people off so much.
