I'd like too APOLOGISE..... for being so late. Didnt REALISE everyone was waiting on the european reviews. I went too watch this on Tuesday in IMAX and was sat next too Pepe Reina!! (LFC and Spain football goalkeeper).

I really enjoyed Skyfall but it didn't match expectations, mainly because after all the review scores I saw those expectations were astronomical. It is far, far superior than Quantum but doesnt quite hit the heights of Casino Royale for me.

The performances are fantastic from Craig, Dench and Bardem. I just wish there was a bit more of Bardem as he was fantastic, it takes a long time before he arrives in the film. To me this was the most un-bond film of the entire series, it just didn't feel like a James Bond film. This isn't ment as criticism more of a heads up for people who are on the fence as too whether too see this or not. It's quite similar too Bourne Identity I thought, especially the main scene at the end.

Although the film itself is unlike the other bonds there are a lot of scenes and nods too past bond movies which fans of the series will love, I will leave them as surprises rather than list them here.

Bottom line is Skyfall is a very good film but might not match the expectations that have been placed upon.

Your not giving credits where it's due. This movie will leave a lasting impression more then Casino Royale... Time will tell! But watch....

Really enjoyed this film probably not as much as I thought I would after reading some of the reviews but it was better than Quantum and probably on par if not better than Casino Royale. Sorry this wasn't more of a review but overall I give it 8.5/10

8/10 is giving a lot of credit where it is due.......

I watched Casino Royale on the Sunday and then Quantum on the Monday before seeing Skyfall and Casino stood up to what I remembered. The last hour of that film is amazing in my eyes.

Best of the year is a stretch, but it's the most consistent blockbuster of the year.

Just got back. It was good but didnt live up to the hype I was expecting. Casino Royale is definitely the best out of the Craig films. The movie definitely dragged at times. Maybe its because it was late. Might watch it again during the afternoon to get a second opinion.

I have read a few reviewers complain about the running time. It's the one thing most viewers seem to dislike about the movie. Then again, I remember thinking Casino Royale was too long back in 2006. But now, it doesn't really bother me. I think people are not used to Bond film's being longer than 2 hours. So when it does happen, it's kind of weird.

As of yesterday, Skyfall is the highest grossing movie in the UK. Everyone has seen it except Deexan.
