Like... Tomorrow Never Dies and The World Is Not Enough. Word on the street is that the train fight is the pre-title sequence. And when Bond gets shot and falls into the water, which is shown in the trailers, that's when the title sequence kicks in. So, MAYBE, the song will work a lot better once we see it used in the film. It certainly fits the image of a "dead Bond" floating in a river.
