I know it makes no difference because it was 6-1 for the Yankees today, but there's no way Cano was hit on the right pinky by that pitch in the first inning - the ball hit the bat when he was completely turned.

gotta love those new draft rules. baseball doesn't want a salary cap, because the big teams need to over spend on free agents, but baseball won't let small teams over spend on young talent anymore during the draft, ridiculous. make a decision, either limit what the teams can spend overall, or stay the **** out of their way.
