I always get it confused with Sliders. I know I watched one of them for about hlaf a season and got bored. I think it was Sliders. Which one had John Rhys-Davies?

Wasn't too keen on some of the details in the series finale, but it really is a fantastic show nonetheless.
I remembered it always having a great balance of comedy and being really intense.

Finished season 1. Best episodes:
Genesis - Pilot The Color of Truth - The Civil Rights episode. Camakazi Kid - Sam as a 1950s teen saving his sister from an abusive boyfriend. This is my favorite so far. Great balance of drama, comedy and nostalgia. By the way, whose the blonde in the boxing episode? She was hot. |

This was one of my favorite shows when I was younger. I honestly can't think of the last time I saw an episode of it, however.

It's definitely true. The variety of things he would do and could do kept it fresh on a weekly basis. I loved how it had a cliffhanger/preview ala Back to the Future at the end of every episode.

my faorites are Genesis - Pilot. Camakazi Kid runaway futuerboy i like the one he leaps into elvisi thought that was funny espcialy when they namned differnt artist they would do evils song it wasfunny ifyour afan of quantma leapor sliders i higly recommed checking out socre code its a moive i higly reomcommei tt stars jake Jyllienhaal it got do alter reatliy and time travel i higly reocmed if your a sliders or quantma leap fan.

It jumped the shark with the Evil Leaper though.
Yeah the final episode was strange but it's grown on me. every so often I see people talking about a movie idea involving Sam's daughter because Sam is missing. He never came back.- now that one I'd go see - if it had Stockwell as Al - I heard him say he'd do it.

My top three favourite shows of all time are MacGyver, Wonder Years, and Quantum Leap. I've seen each episode of QL several times over, some more than others. It's emotional for me, and I think I attribute that to Scott Bakula being such a great actor, and there being such a compelling story every episode. I agree the Evil Leaper/Leah story was an odd one, and eating pringles while she scratched her own face with her nails forever traumatized me as a young teenager, haha.
So many great episodes, I wouldn't know where to start. I am forever in love with this series. "Oh boy"

I hate to admit I've never seen MacGyver. Although, I've heard so much about the show, especially when I was a kid, that I feel like I've seen it.

Sam Beckett saves Rock n Roll. WOW! Spectacular episode. My new favorite. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to sample this show. Episode 6, Season 2.
