Last week's episode was awesome, I loved the assault on the stadium.

Plan to download today's episode tonight or tomorrow morning.

I tuned in late today and thought for a second that it had been preempted by a Speed Racer cartoon

Then I saw the roadsters.
I really like the mix of styles they have in this. Has an old and new feel combined.

Well, I really liked the last episode. Or, let me put it this way. I'd say that the last episode was the best in the season so far. It didn't have all the pro-bending stuff, which was great, because we finally got to explore the REAL problem. And as if it wasn't obvious enough, the OTHER bad guy has been revealed in this episode as well, which was great. I loved the action, I loved the development, and I especially loved the CABBAGE MAN. Well, his grandson, to be exact. But I am happy to see that his cabbage business blossomed into a factory.

A few things made me face palm, though. Korra telling the girl that she eavesdropped on her father's conversation on the phone. REALLY? Korra, you could've said that Tenzin and Bei Fong suspected her father to be providing the weaponry. That could've solved a lot of misunderstanding. Also, I thought it was hilarious when the metal-bending guys bursted into the room and, instead of guns, they held their hands up and pointed them around. That was weird but hilarious at the same time.

I don't record it because I have a limited amount of space left. I enjoy watching TV shows, but barely have time to get to them. When I do, I pick a show and watch all of the episodes I DVR'd from that show. Right now, my que is up to 96% full. I have almost 90+ hours of tv content on there, and one or two movies. Hawaii Five-O, Mad Men, The Killing, House, Gray's Anatomy, etc... When I watch them I delete them. Other shows I watch I just download them to my iPad and take it with me. One of those shows include Avatar.

It beats paying for seasons when they come out, but it clogs up my DVR most of the time.

Good episode. Nice to see a little Tenzin action as well. Though why do firebenders always gotta get the blame for everything? I also wished they explored the Tarlock issue with Beifong a little more in-episode, rather than just in the prologue, because I know he's playing some kind of power angle. Asumi is growing on me. Not that I hated her before....she was just a little one dimensional. She's getting better (also did you all know she voiced by the actress that played Princess Yue in the movie....isn't that borderline sacrilegious?). Nice touch with the cabbages (and did anyone catch the "Flameo" reference a few episodes ago?). Overall good addition to the story.

One question though....why all the pro-bending bashing? It's part of the culture and it had its moments. It was never distracting from the issue. It was another facet of it. In fact, the tournament helped illustrate just how far Amon was willing to go to prove his point. It's existence and exploration was justified.

I don't know, it just felt odd to put that much attention on the tournament at the beginning. To me, the pro-bending tournament served two purposes. One, for Korra to meet the boys. Two, letting us know how bending has changed throughout the years (from a martial arts type thing to a pro-sport). It's just an interesting side story that took away the attention from Amon's villainy. I guess I agree with how the tournament helped to illustrate how far Amon was willing to go to prove his point, but we didn't need a lot of the bending stuff before that episode. Again, I'm pretty sure we all enjoyed the pro-bending stuff, it was fun. But you know, I'd rather watch the Amon stuff.

Pro-bending may seem annoying now, but in the long run, we'll see why it was important to the overall story and character developments. Avatar has always been about the big picture.

Um Amon seems to have learned the ability that Aang learned from The Turtle or was an Aang Pupil that had his bending takin away by Aang. I think he was likely Zukos son.
I have many questions and i am wondering if Amon is really the bad guy. Avatar played up very well that Zuko was this very bad spoiled kid and then something changed.

Whats so stupid about what i said I have not been watching the new show except for the one where he took the guys Bending. That last i knew Aang was the only one who knew how too and thats because of the Lion Turtle

The attack on the Stadium.... Wow... Just what the doctor ordered finally a battle that shows the threat of Amon also does anyone else think the guy in the government working with Tenzin who recruited Korra in the Police Force is Amon???

A few people have said it but I think that's too oblivious. I DO think he's trying to take advantage of the situation to make some kind of power play, however. Maybe even be in league with Amon to gain some measure of protection (then get double crossed, have change of heart, etc.). I also have a very strong feeling that someone very prominent is going to lose their bending at some point. But that's pure spectulation. I'll just let Brian and Mike tell their story.
