Hmm, let's see. Beast has the quick agility and would probably outsmart Thing in a fight. That's not to say Thing is stupid. I mean, Grimm was a bloody astronaut after all. But Beast would have the immediate spatial intelligence which would win it for him.

He would use his agility making Ben tired out from trying to hit him - then daw him into a situation where he could be knocked out by collateral damage.
Ben is smart, but it doesn't take much to egg him on into bad situations.

The suit is made of something like micro-mesh rings like chainmail to enhance manuverablilty, but the real strength comes from a forcefield that makes it rigid - shut that off and the armor isn't that strong - Cap's shield is Vibranium which will absorb any energies used against it, making it stronger, and more able to "crack the egg" so to speak.
