I know it's fairly old already, but I really, really liked this movie. Am I stupid, or did others find it as cool as I did. I think Heath Ledger is a very good actor as well. Looking forward to his future movies.

I love love love this movie. I bought it on DVD the day it came out. It was my second favorite movie of the year (after Moulin Rouge, of course!). I love the commentary on the DVD...so funny.

No, No, Nooooo. This movie bit the asphalt. It was completely un-original and the flow of the story was absurd. Bah. The rock and roll songs in the movie were strictly there for money making. Every aspect of this movie was generated from money grubbing producers.

I really liked this movie. The humor was good and I will admit the rock music was a little strange, but it was nicely placed. Plus Heath Ledger is hottie :D !

I didn't see it, I wanted to, but after a while and seeing more of the previews, I just decided to skip it.
It's alright. But it is still just a simple, pop culture film. Still, it has some bad ass scenes.

A Knight's Tale was, for me anyway, similar to watching Tomb raider, in this way: the movie's star played their part well, the rest of the movie sucked. Big time.

While it looks like fun times were had by all in the cast, the movie fails to share such hardy times with the viewers. Got to say, the rock music, cliche romance plot and demonised villain made this movie not so much bad, as unwaveringly predictable.
Not my cup'o'tea.
I liked it, the first time. But then again, i have seen it about a billion kajillion times. It is my brothers favourite movie, he watches it alot. We used to be able to quote 3/4 of it between the two of us. Yep, it is true, we tested it on a train.

I haven't seen the entire movie yet although it did seem decent for what I have seen, can't really pass judgement on it at this time

It was alright the first time, but I saw it a second time and didn't like it so much, except for Paul Bettany.

Yes.
Very fun and rewatchable. It's not supposed to be anything more than entertaining, so it doesn't try to be. And I love the outfits they pick out for Shannon Sossamon.

Queen is my favorite band of all time and I had no problem with their songs being used.
I even liked Robbie Williams Version of "We are The Champions" and I 'm not big on anyone messing with Queen's Stuff , but those tunes fit what Helgeland was trying to do.

Overused rock songs, ok choreographed fights, mediocre plot, some funny moments=

I am sick of "We will Rock You." If I hear it again, I shall have to destroy the device that is playing it.

I really enjoyed this movie. I'm a Medieval fan at heart so I might be a bit biased. However, to me A Knight's Tale is an entertaining
romp and has what so many movies past and present lack, and that is repeatability.

I enjoyed the movie. There are good amounts of action, romance, and comedy spread throughout it. Kind of puts a modern twist to the classic tales of knights competing.

No, it's not the outfits it's the makeup and her complexion which isn't the most photogenic but probably gorgeous in real life. She has a lot of yellow tone in her skin which is really not so good on camera...
Neat Pics, my favorite is the one with the hat with a brim, it's sort of My Fair Lady...

I'm surprised to hear how many people like this film.
I didn't get it.
The movie started with Queen's "We will rock you" complementing a jousting match.
I was into it at that point. After that, the movie left me hanging.
I was expecting a spoof/slapstick comedy, but the film never makes up its mind which way it wants to go, and ends up in the middle of nowhere.

I think it knew where it was going , Helgeland Tongue in cheeked the whole film.
He had over excitable Opponent Announcments, Kids and fans with Painted FACES , Beer Hats , Rock Music , I think it knew where it stood.
It's not a Mel Brooks film but it never pretended to be that either.
Think of it as a Semi-Serious Men In Tights. So to speak.
