So before this trailer, I was pretty sure a lone action movie where Denzel holds the key to the surival of our race was kinda, out there. I mean it is Denzel as much as I love him how is he going to be the one to save humanity. Then I wanted this trailer, sweet jesus this was amazing looking. I can't wait for this.

How can you be soo excited for another Pirates and doubt this movie? Atleast Denzel is creditable.

Denzel and Oldman are great but why is this coming out in January? Did they pick the wrong release date or is the film really that bad? haha.
Tolkien

Not every film that's released in January bad, you know... Take Cloverfield. Great film.

New trailer, not much extra on show.

Its a January release. That doesn't bode well.
Washington and Oldman invovled makes me think it must have some substance though. But man, how many post-apocalyptic films do we need? There's been a lot lately.

I'll admit my interest for this has piqued a little after the new trailer. Plus, Denzel Washington and Gary Oldman in the same movie seems like something that says this could be good, despite the January release.

i know never to trust the ads, but the ads are yelling about all these positive reviews, does anyone know where any of these reviews are?
Tolkien

I saw the same ad and searched for the reviews but couldn't find any. I wanted to read for myself and see what these people thought. Are they posting bits from unreleased reviews or something?

I think after watching The Road, these post-apocalyptic movies just won't seem the same.

I am still really interested in this one, I always enjoy these types of films and seeing how others see civilization ending and mankind struggling to survive. Same with Zombie flicks, how many times can you watch a movie about the dead coming back? Well people always find a way to keep me entertained with those flicks so I am not giving up on this one just yet.

Dammit am I the only one who hasn't seen The Road or read the book?
Is it really that good?

The movie was really good. It's probably more to truth of what an apocalyptic scenario would be like. It's disturbing.
And for Vader - Legion looks like pure crap.

Well then that's exactly my kind of film. Wonder why I never saw it? I remember seeing the trailers and such but never got around to finding out when it would release. Hmm... And yeah, Legion looks awful to say the least.

Legion is more like a SyFy original movie.
Ewok Droppings
01-10-2010, 11:13 AM
I think it probably got rejected by the SyFy Channel and some Hollywood sucker picked up on the idea. I'd almost rather watch Gigli than Legion.
DarthVader 2004

It has Paul Bettany and seemed a better choice then The Spy Next Door after Book Of Eli. Also it has an Underworld feel and i like those kind of senseless chessy fun once a year.

I loved Feast, but my brother said he said Feast 2 and hated it so I never saw it myself. I heard there's even a Feast 3.

Legion is not gonna be great cinema ratings its a January classic patient movie. You have Book of Eli and wider released Lovely Bones for that.

Feast 2 sucked, and Feast 3 sucked even more. Which is sad, since I loved the first film.
