Trying desperately to revive this forum, let me take this chance to introduce...myself.

My name's Mirko and I started this site up back in August of '98 on a rainy weekend with nothing to do as my fiance was doing her schoolwork (she's a teacher). Well as the months and year's went by a few people joined me to keep the site updated with the latest news, reviews and release dates. I just wanted to say that this has been a blast and we're planning on sticking around for a while.

What about you? I hear from some of you at times, but what do you like to do? In what area of the world are you in?

Let's see, some of my hobbies include playing golf, piano, browsing the web http://www.comingsoon.net/ubb/smile.gif, and here comes the big surprise...MOVIES. As you may also know we started a Spider-Man movie site called Spider-Man Hype! back in May of '98.

Well, I spat on about two dozen people at the Science centre thingy, before they kicked me out. I hit mostly guys. (ONLY THEIR SHOES!) I spat out my window a lot on lots of the puclic roads, twice at a McDonalds withing one second, both were huge goobers. I haven't done any home-to-home spitting... yet. :D

My name is Mike. I'm ending my HS junior year as of this moment. In mostly honors and AP classes, which stinks because it forces you to make school your life, but oh well. It will help me later on.

I've played piano for about 12 years now, and consider myself adequate, but by no means a virtuoso. It's taken me this long to learn to play by ear--partly because I never practice. Shhhhh!

I'm a math wiz. Took AP Calc AB this year, will take Calc 3 and Calc 4 at a college during my senior year in HS. In combination with my AP classes, I might be able to skip my freshman year in college. That would be so sweet.

I think I have a inbalance in my "four humors." All these academics in creative outlets, but absolutely no physical ability. I'm 6'5'', 175 lbs, light as a feather. I gave up trying to build up, because my metabolism is all screwy. I would say I gained 5'' on my height within the last year. All my food goes upward, not outward. I play soccer, but it's just for fun.... not any good at it.

I like to rant and rave and ramble. My interests are word puzzles (Clue type stuff) and anything that will ruin my eyeballs after staring at it too long. I'm an insomniac, probably due to me watching tv, doing hw, and eating on my bed, which doesn't help you sleep when you need to.

I don't have the guts to quit my job. I am the basic b**** of a function hall--I wash dishes, set-up and vacuum rooms, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen, straighten out kitchen. Have done it for 1.5 years and still getting only 7 bucks an hour.

I'm not very social in real life. I tend to keep to myself because anything I usually say comes out idiotic. As the price to pay, I don't have many friends outside of school... just my close ones from way back when. Don't have much friends, haven't had much girlfriends. The ones I've had were total psychos..... and I'm not lying!!!

I come from Whitman, Mass.,town of 14,000 and birthplace of the Chocolate Chip Cookie, major manufacturer of shoes until 1950's. Manufactured shoes and cannonballs during civil war--First regiment called up to serve for the Union was from Whitman.

Bowser from Sha-na-na is from here, and so is the drummer from Journey--he went to my High School.

thats cool man, i wish i was real good with math, im more of the reader, of books, philosophy, history, fiction, and just anything to expand the mind.... i really enjoy reading about insane people, many theology, and great thinkers were imo.

also i love music, lately i listen to alot of avantgarde, and black metal (it cant be satanic, if its all in fun, but it can be evi) dont get me started on evil, i believe trying to push out evil is about as dumb as trying to make the human race not reproduce its part of us, we do it even unitentionally... blah.....thats a whole other topic.

i play music as well.... but i think avantgarde and black metal is for the intelligent only, no beer drinking rednecks aloud, the music timing, and just all around lyric structure in some can be very well thought out, many of them are very deep readers... and really dig in the world of thought, and express it in there music, well lets say i try to do the same.

Oh, I also like to wrangle up stray cats and dogs, sick looking ones, bring them into the vet and get free drugs!! Steroids, pain killers; you ever try pain killers meant for animals?!? MAN!! It's great!! If the animals liver long enough, you can stock up a years supply of that stuff.

Oh, for food I just used to go into grocery stores and pick up reciepts off the floor, you know, by the check out stand. Then, you look for items on the list, grab them off the shelves, bring the items with the reciept to the front and say you want to "return" these items. You get some nice crisp cash, you can go buy the food with it, or alcohol, clothes, whatever. Same applies to big appliance centres.
I used to trade in TV's to pay the rent.

Anyways, there's some other stuff about me, but some people might find it offensive, so...............

My name is Mark and I'm from souther California. I am a young 'un on this board, I turn 17 in like 3 weeks. I first found Coming Soon! about 2 1/2 years ago. I saw a behind the scenes thing on Entertainment Tonight about a movie that was being made which was called "Gladiator" and I wanted to find a trailer with my new computer. The day that I looked was the same day the trailer came online, which is weird, because if I looked any other day, I probably would never have found Coming Soon! or just completely ignored it. That still blows my mind. Anyways, I have been coming to the site ever since, but I never got into the boards until about 1 1/2 years ago. I dunno why I didn't go when they opened, I wasn't really into message boards at the time.

I have been coming ever since to the site to find out more movie stuff. I wish they would put more info on Indy 4, but you gotta deal with what you got. My name, the real one that is.. well that's not too important but you can call me Ty or Tyler (although the latter gets me confused with Mr Durden). I'm waaaay up here in Niagara Falls Ontario and livin' life. I work as a night manager at a Hampton Inn which is pretty sweet since I get paid more and have less hassles with people (most of the time). Obviously I love my movies adn I'm also obsessed with Kristy Swanson. I've been a long time comic fan and especially like Marvel titles over others, in particular I read a lot of X-Men (and not as much Hulk as you think). I love to write (check out my fics) and RPG. The name Tyler Ross actually comes from a RPG character I made who was half alien with odd golden light powers (so that's why I use them every once in awhile). I play games online and off (Diablo anyone??) and also somehow find time to interact with y'all. I am recently separted from my wife (which makes 2 engagements 1 marriage 1 separation so far) and happen to be the ripe old age of 26.

My name is Tony.816 represent. I am 16 and enrolled as a Junior in HighSchool. Things I like to do are play piano and drums. I like playing Halo with my friends. I go to church. I am not to much of a sports fan because sports are boring to me. I love movies of course. I plan on owning a movie theater. I like to play my game I created. Bottlerun. Its a very illegal game. It involves 2 cars, speeding,peeling out and running a lot of lights and stop signs. Its a midnight game meaning only to be played from the hours of 10:00 pm-1:am. I own a wenner dog. I enjoy making explosives. Not bombs...sort of...but myy friends and I everyonce and a while take fire works and join them and make small explosives and light them at our local hilltop park in the middle of the night. We have been known to break up underage drinking parties by taking big smoke bombs and tossing them in the front door. Also throwing big rolls of fireworks. We had a brick thrown at us once.
