I just witnessed a cool short fan film made for a budget of only $50. It's not bad for this guys first shot at making a film.

My friend told me about this guy at work had done this for some contest they were doing at there business. His friend is an employee at LucasArts Entertainment and while this film I am told didn't win it still should be something that a predator fan should
see.

Anyway I thought you might like to know it's online and info on the movie can be found at www.harvestmovie.com and the actual short film can be downloaded from www.x1htr.com under file downloads

I heard he has recieved mixed reactions but most of them were positive from what I can gather. The rules for the contest were to make a short for $50 and you could use no cgi. Maybe you could help get this guy some recognition for his efforts. Comment on it.

you know seriously... the day i get older, and get a job... work... be wealthy, and retire. thats when i will make my dream movie.
Then i will try and get it into a festival

My dream movie is a bit tarantinoish, but not really. its a story about 2 different mens stories, Both seem good to the audience. there is a showdown in the end. They want to avenge someones death that was close to them. they decided to send their 'boys' to kill the other. BUT they fail, and in the end. they search for each other, and in the end. only one survivies. But there is a solid reaosn why one survives.

I hope one day i get someone to write a script with me when ima old dude. im 17 now, and then i will make a movie :p

start writing now, doesnt hurt to have a stock pile of scripts and ideas. Also its good practice, theoretically the more you write , the better you will become!

tip: Dont just go with your first idea, expand up on it, come up with differnt variations and most importantly think out side the box, theres nothing worse than a Clichéd movie !
