Sadly it is from Gigli. The only reason I know this is because I ran across a Christopher Walken fan site that had every line he has ever said in a movie, which I thought was neat but a little obsessive.

Yeah , sadly, that line is from GIGLI and the awesome Walken was dreadful in that film.
Mainly because the dialogue sucked shut!!
