This Summer...

[Diablo]

(Well most have you heard me and Evil talk about this 'project' over the net, well its a fanfic we are working on, we predict we will be done with the story by this summer, but until then heres something for you guys to keep in mind till the story comes out)


Fade in with the sound of thunder crackling overhead at a mysterious facility in eastern Europe, then fade black again.

(Voice #1 over)"What the hell is going on here?!"

(Voice #2 comes in)"Its... complicated.."

Flashes back to the facility where an explosion is seen then proceeds to flashing multiple shots of gunfire and explosions then skips to black.

(Muffled moaning and the sound of something being dragged is heard)

Scene flashes to show the silouette of a shadowy figure lumbering slowly towards the camera.

(A growl follows and the screne skips to black)

(Voice #1)"What the hell!?"

Gunshots are heard as metal music kicks as the words SUMMER 2004 slam onto the black screen.

(The sickening moan is heard again as the trailer fades)

All I can say is "What the?" with a little "Hah?" just to better emphasise my serious case of "???"

Mind clueing some of us in on what this fanfic is all about or somethin?

lol its meant to be a hardcore teaser, you hafta realize it was kinda hard to make a trailer without spilling too much.

Although its kinda even harder when you hafta read the thing instead of seeing it.

It gets better. its just rocky right now cause we're experimenting.

Yeah, but hopefully come summer time when the story is done, that we will have our perfected project for you all to read.. (notice we chose summer because 1-thats when more ppl come on and 2-We don't have that much time now)

Anyway, this is good, except even teasers have titles. It sounds intriguing...but it's only half of a real teaser. You usually have to have one shot of the hero, and the title...you don't want to actually confuse your audience.

Nonetheless, when you have it up, I'll check it out.

yeah you definatley need more, instead of enticing your viewers you are alienating them. they wont care about it. also like said before it needs a title. i understand what you were going for, but it fell short.

yeah I realized it would be below par when I wrote it but eh it was an experiment and lol I learned from it. itll be worth it (we hope) though in the long run when we unveil it.

sorry for the confusing stuff, like I said, if this was video it would get the point across much better but eh, what can ya do heh

The Camera fades in showing a man behind a building dock; the camera fades out black and the words.

THIS SUMMER comes up; the camera fades back in and shows the man looking around the place.

“What kind of place is this?”

A voice is heard in the background.

“This isn’t your ordinary mission.”

The Camera fades back out and

GET READY FOR EVIL comes up, the screen quickly goes to a man shooting at theses ‘shadowy’ figures.

“WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!?”

The camera fades out and a voice is heard.

“Who are You!?”

The camera fades in and shows a man with red short hair.

“The name is Chris.”

The camera fades back out.

“Chris, Tell me what the hell is going on here?”

The camera shows different shots of these two men shooting at the figures and their guns, and then the camera slowly shows a man with long gray hair.

“So we meet again.”

The Camera fades out

yeah thats fine, thats what the thread is for. i just think its really pretentious. you have nothing there so nobody really cares, it might work if you were known for writing really well or something. like m. night you here he is doing a new movie and you want to see it, the reason people saw the sixth sense wasnt because they were teased, it was because they knew it was about ghosts and stuff, and then the word got around abpout a great ending. since then he can tease people all he wants about his next project because he is establsihes as being good, you get what i am saying?

I get what youre saying. but its hard to tease in writing when there is so much visual stuff that could help get the point across.... we didnt think that everyone would drop in awe about what we wrote... we tried. it would be freakin insane on screen but writing it and having people go for it is just plain tough. heh but yeah I see what youre saying.
