i cant get a IMG in my post

i dont know how to put a image in my message, like i want to put a poster of a movie and let it show in my post, but it does not show in my message. it just shows a box with a red X. how do i put my img , it seems that it is not enabled???

You have to add img tags like this....

[img]Paste the URL here(/img)

*But on the second tag make it [/img] like the first tag not (/img)
