Well I know Tim Allen sold coke for a while, probably did it and he had an alchohol problem too.
Kelsey Grammar had an alchohol issue as well.

Gary Busey. In an interview with Maxim (or Stuff) he admitted to spilling coke on his dog and sniffing it off the dog's back.
Plus he has a booze problem too which leads us to Nick Nolte who was arrested for drunk driving not too long ago.
