I was originally gonna write a script, but 3/4 through the way and advice from Bruce Campbell made me drop it, but here i will post the sypnosis.

Ash is fighting deadites in the real world, forever searching for the necronomicon. He still has a flask full of the sleeping potion which he has to use once a night, for the experiences from the other three encounters with the deadites have made him sleep deprived. After searching for 5 years, he finds the cabin in which the necronomicon remains. Yet he is still too tired to fight off another deadite, so he goes into the cabin and drinks one too many drops of sleeping potion, and goes into a sleep, knowing that he is protected.

Then he wakes up. The Cabin has been ravaged, broken and shot through, yet he is unharmed. He looks out the window, to his horror, he sees a barren empty desert, with the exception of a castle which is visible a few dozen miles away. He takes his gun and chainsaw and commences to look for the survivors and go to the castle. On the way to the castle, he utters to himself the theory that the potion sent him back through time. Yet he is wrong, when he arrives at the castle, he is shot in the neck with a dart, which knocks him out. When he wakes up he is in a chamber, and finds out the hard way...that the deadites have caused the apocolypse of civilization and now rule most of the world.

The leader of the deadites is Kretion, who is the king of the pre-modern deadites. The explanation is that since Ash was in the house and had defeated the deadites in the house, the deadites in the world were summoned to the cabin, and when there, a leader of the deadites created extra power of the necronomicon that was unleashed, causing many people to become a different kind of zombie (think orc meets the zombies from "Demon Knight"). Since Ash refuses to fight for the zombie side, he is sent to a dome, where he and another man (who i wanted Jason Lee to play) are set up against heavily armed zombies in a gladiator liek fashin, yet at ash's request, he gets his boomstick and chainsaw back. After an intense deadite-ass whooping, Ash and the other man survive. But when they will be executed by the kings servants, a human reconaissance team rescues them, especially a sniper named Pug. They take them to a city, the last standing modernized city. There is a large army of people, and Ash is asked to lead them. Ash is explained how the forces are growing for if someone is infected with a blood of a deadite, him or herself will become a deadite.

Ash meets the rest of the leaders of the squad, and finds out that the man he fought alongside of is his own son! It seems that after his pasisonate night, he had a child, which the wizard sent into the future to find his father and prevent the apocolypse. But he came too late, and was captured by a zombie group. Ash accepts the leadership fo the squad.. But outside the walls fo the city, a group of zombies attack the guards, in which a friend of ashs (Pug, the sniper of the group and second in command) is supposedly killed and Ash's son (Tank) is captured. Ash goes with the squad to save Tank.

They meet in the desert which used to be Philidelphia, and the two forces collide. Causialties are suffered and there are some great kill scenes. But, unfortunately, they can't get home before night and are attacked by Half-breeded zombies who are part bats, who wipe out 3 members.

Ash and the team then encounter a maze in which the government was going to use on convicts with a death sentence, which was virtually unpassable...for those who survive it. After half the team falls for the traps, the other half makes it out alive. The squad makes it home alive, but are soon met by a night attack on the city, in which it ends in a large power plant. Ash has had enough.

Ash then gathers up an army and sends a messenger to Kretion, saying the final battle would happen outside of the castle. Ash leads the army out and a large, bloody battle ensues, with some of the greatests deaths i could think of (Hint: a main characters gets impaled in the head with a lance). Kretion hides in the throneroom of the castle, where ash has a brutal swordfight with him, stabbing him, yet kretion survives. Ash then tells Kretion to end the necronomicon curse, yet he tell ash he is not the one who set it. Kretion is then shot in the back, and his drops to the ground, finally dead. Who is standing in the doorway but...

PUG! Pug was a human who was for the army of darkness, and used black magic to transport himself before Tank. Pug then turns to his true form, a red eyed deadite. The two fight, and Ash cuts off Pugs arm at the forearm, who pug then takes the sword and cuts a slice into ash's chest. Pug grabs ash from the wall, and asks if he's got any last words. Ash says yeah, and says "Yeah, Hail to the King". Ash then kicks Pug, Takes His sword, and cuts Pug's head in half, diagonally. Ash falls to the ground from his chest wound, and finds out that Tank has defeated the deadite army. Ash then talks to tank, and tells him he must lead. Ash then slowly slips away, and dies.

7 DAYS LATER...

Tank is having a celebration/feast on the day they defeated the deadites, and the tomb of ash is now in the entrance hall of the castle. Tank makes a toast to ash and him and his queen kiss, We cut to the tomb. Ash's body lies dead. We cut into the coffin, and Ash's eyes open, all white! We cut to a black scream and hear an evil ash say..."Groovy!".

Tell me your thoughts, and don't bash me too mcuh for killing Ash.

Interesting. The whole war-of-the-Deadites thing is cool, but a couple complaints --

- This may be a bit too fantastical. I dunno. Sure, AoD was fantastical, but this is even more so. Whether or not it's good, I can't really decide. All I have to say is that I think this concept will live or die on the basis of it being more of a fantasy script again, like AoD, as opposed to ED I and II.

- Where's Ash's romantic interest? Alright, alright, so Annie wasn't really a romantic interest per se, but come on. Ash has to have a girl.

- Ending is interesting, but it won't fly -- which is why AoD ended cool instead of dark.

- Why's it take Ash five years to find the book? Either a) it can't be in the Evil Dead cabin or b) it can't take him five years. I mean, the guy still knows where it is -- the whole series takes place over 5 1/2 days (plus or minus a day for AoD training).

- Fix a bunch of your punctuation errors. Come on, man, you want to be a professional writer?

Otherwise, cool.

Beleive me, when im in a rush i write not too grammatically correct. Ash has a love interest, yet shes more interested in tank. Plus, look at all of Ash's OTHER lvoe interest, they all tried to kill him! Its 5 years because of allt he events between S-mArt and other Deadite calls from around the world, but then he was devoted to find the cabin once more. It is more sci-fi script, inf act i had wrote 50 somewhat pages (right after the night raid after the maze) when i decided to stop. Pretty graphic death. The Ending, i think, would be a perfect way to end ash's legacy. I mean, he was ORIGINALLY gonna become a deadite, am i wrong?

Well, if that's the case (the five years thing), it should be more that it takes him five years to find the free time to head back there, not that it takes him five years to find it.

No matter how long, he's not going to forget the cabin, is he?

Hey, I like the basic idea, seems very big. Takes the series to a new level. I have a question, what advice did Bruce Campbell give you that made you stop?

Campbell probably said "don't write it"...

For legal reasons or 'other?' And by the way Droidguy, "PC Load Letter? What the F*** does that mean?" :)

Bruce Said that instead of doing this i should do more original stuff. I have 65 original scripts that i plan to write as of now, one that i really like is called "MultIdentity", an action about a serial killer who uses fake id's from every country he's been in (saying he's a legal citizen of each) to avoid the police. The end battle for ED4 that i have yet to write but planned out will basically be a battle of old world (Zombies on horses with swords and such) vs Modern World (Humans on Jeeps with Guns and such)

Very interesting, your final battle sounds kind of cool I will admit. You seemed to turn the Evil Dead series into an epic, which is very gutsy no matter who you are, but i applaude you for it.:applaud:

I think i will finish the script due to the positive reaction, so thanks you guys. When completed, i will post here for an email list. In the mean time, keep posting your thoughts.
