Just try a search engine for icon sized pictures. Make sure it's 50x50 or smaller.

Or you can have some ingenuity and figure out how to circumvent the system, like me (well, sort of:D). For instance, you can't find my avatar anywhere. That's where the ingenuity comes in. Ask me how.
