i just beat rotk and at the end it says "lord of the rings trilogy, coming 2004". ea did this last year for rotk at the end of two towers. i was just wondering if any of you guys new andything about this game coming, or how it will be different for these two games.:confused:

it is referring to the battle for middle-earth...... an upcoming RTS for the PC.

Im stuck on on the Top of the Wall as Gandalf and the Pelennor Fields level as Aragorn on ROTK :(

The game's awful - it's still a hack and hack and hack and hack, then slash game.

It looks brilliant, but i really would only rent it if you haven't bought it.

no the lord of the rings trilogy is not the battle for middle earth because it is for pc the game lotr trilogy will come out as a rpg game for ps2 xbox pc and gc that is what it says in the psm magzine the interview with neil young he says the trilogy will feel as epic as they come

The games great. I got it about 2 weeks ago and beat it in a few days. Can't unlock the Sauron Palatinir though .. :mad: :(

i can't WAIT untill the battle for middle earth!! i saw some screenshots of some giant battles for it and it looks beautiful

i am hoping that lotr trilogy will be something like knights of the old republic. if so, it might be the greatest game ever. time will only tell though. rotk is an awesome game. i beat it yesterday. it is really making me look forward to the movie as last years two towers did. but if you are looking for a variety of gameplay, then this isn't your game.

im totally stuck at the black gates at the moment!!!
got it 12:30 this morning and am already up to there!! its crazy!!
